Begin with your date, time, duration, guest count and location. Choose the services you still need, add the details that matter, then review and publish. A budget is optional, and you can say how ready you are to book.
Professional: See events near you.
Browse the live map or Explore event requests without an account. Read the brief and start a proposal when it fits — your Pro account is created at the end.
One event post can cover several services. Already booked someone? Ask only for what you still need. Not sure which services you need?

Host: Compare the proposals.
See the professional's business name, their message and their price. Look at their profile and what is included before deciding who to talk to.
Professional: Send a proposal.
Describe your offer in your own words. Your price can be a flat amount, a range or a starting price — make it clear what the Host can expect.
A message starts a conversation. A proposal carries an offer and a price. Neither one books a professional on its own.
03 / The conversation — Now it becomes your day.
Host: Ask what matters.
Talk through timings, priorities and the details you don't want to miss.
Professional: Bring your experience.
Answer the questions and show the Host how you would approach the event.
Messages stay attached to the event in your Provow inbox. Browsing or receiving a proposal does not hold a date — confirm the details together before you agree.
Get chosen. Agree the details.
The conversation leads to a decision. You agree the terms directly with the professional, and then the Host marks the booking on Provow.
Contracts and payments are arranged between the Host and the professional. Provow records the booking the Host reports.

Posts also close automatically after the event date has passed.

Questions
Do I need an account before I start?
No. You can begin a Host post as a guest and sign up at the last step to publish. Professionals can browse first and begin a proposal before creating a Pro account at the end.
How does Provow work?
You post your event on the map once. Local wedding and event pros see it and send you proposals with real prices, and you compare and choose.
What should I prepare?
Your event type, date and time, duration, guest count and location. Choose the services you still need; a budget is optional. The form also lets you say how ready you are to book.
How do pros find my event?
Your post appears on the live map by location, so professionals working in your area can see it and respond.
Can I browse professionals myself?
Yes. The directory lets you explore professionals by city and category. Posting is the route for gathering offers around one shared event brief.
Do I have to choose someone who proposes?
No. Read the offer, look at their work and ask questions. Reading a proposal does not commit you to a booking.
Is Provow free for hosts?
Posting is free for Hosts, and Provow does not charge a booking commission. Professionals’ service fees and terms are agreed directly with them.
What does it cost pros?
Currently free for professionals. Browsing event requests and sending proposals have no per-lead charge. Service prices are agreed directly with the Host.
Do pros see my contact details?
Use your Provow Inbox to talk without sharing personal contact details. Share additional contact information only when you choose.
What kinds of events can I post?
Weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers — any event that needs professionals.
What if my event gets no proposals?
Responses depend on your date, your location and the services you need. The Concierge Promise sets out the outreach support available to eligible posts; it does not guarantee a reply or a booking.
What areas does Provow serve?
Provow currently serves the United States. Professional activity varies by location. Optional AI outreach is subject to availability and eligibility.
How do I get better proposals?
Write what you actually need — the more specific the post, the better the proposals.
