What does Provow AI Concierge do?
Provow AI Concierge is an optional assistant that helps hosts take the first step of vendor outreach after posting an event. Once your event is live, it looks for relevant local professionals based on the services you requested and your event's location, organizes them for you to review, and can draft a personalized message to each. Nothing is sent automatically — you review every suggested professional and approve or edit every draft before any message goes out. It's there to save you the cold-start work of finding people and writing that first note; you stay in control of who you actually contact.
How do I start using AI Concierge?
There's nothing to install, enable, or sign up for separately — the concierge is built into posting. Once your event is live, it can surface suggested local professionals for that post, and you'll review anything it prepares before a single message goes out. If you'd rather not use it, just ignore the suggestions and wait for proposals instead; the concierge never acts without your approval.
Does AI Concierge cost anything?
No — the concierge is included free for hosts, like the rest of Provow's host experience. There's no fee to see suggested matches, no fee to send approved outreach, and no charge if a professional replies. As always, anything you eventually book is priced and paid directly between you and the professional.
Does AI Concierge send emails automatically?
No. Every outreach draft is shown to you first, and nothing is sent until you explicitly approve it. You can edit the wording, change the tone, skip a suggested professional entirely, or stop at any point — the concierge never acts on your behalf without your approval.
How are professionals selected?
The concierge starts from your post — the services you requested and your event's location — and searches current, publicly available information to find local professionals who appear to match. The results are suggestions, not endorsements: Provow doesn't verify or guarantee any professional, and an occasional suggestion may be a weaker fit, which is exactly why every match is presented for your review before anything happens. You decide who's worth contacting.
Are the suggested professionals all on Provow?
Not necessarily. The concierge searches current, publicly available information about professionals near your event, so it can suggest local pros whether or not they've joined Provow yet — which is especially useful in areas where Provow's own community is still growing. If you approve outreach to a professional who isn't on Provow, they can reply and connect with you through the platform; joining is free for them.
Does Provow vet or verify the suggested professionals?
No. Provow doesn't vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee any professional — including the ones the concierge suggests. Treat each suggestion the way you'd treat a business you found through your own search: review their work, ask questions, and check independent sources before booking. The concierge's job is to save you the finding-and-first-message legwork, not to make the hiring judgment for you.
Do professionals pay to be suggested?
No. Concierge suggestions aren't advertisements or paid placements — professionals can't pay to appear, and Provow doesn't accept payment to rank or recommend anyone. Matches come from how well a professional's public information lines up with your requested services and location, and you should read them in that spirit: a starting list to evaluate, not a sponsored one.
Can I edit the outreach drafts?
Yes — every draft is fully editable before it sends. You can adjust the tone, rewrite the message in your own words, or add details the draft missed, and you approve each message individually. If a draft doesn't feel right, skip it; nothing goes out without you.
What information does AI Concierge share with professionals?
Only what's needed to describe your request: your event type, date, general location, the services you need, and the message you approved. Your exact address is never included, and replies come back to your Provow inbox rather than your personal email. And because you review every draft before it sends, you see exactly what a professional will receive — nothing more is shared unless you choose to share it in conversation.
What happens after a professional replies?
Replies land in your Provow inbox, alongside the proposals and conversations from your post, so everything about your event stays in one place. From there it's a normal conversation: ask questions, discuss availability and pricing, and decide whether they're a fit. There's no obligation on either side — a reply is the start of a conversation, not a commitment — and if you do book, the terms and payment are directly between you and the professional.
Will every professional respond?
No — and we'd rather be straight about that. Some professionals are booked up, some prefer other channels, and some have opted out of concierge outreach entirely (every concierge email includes a one-click unsubscribe, which we honor permanently). If someone doesn't reply, the concierge's other matches, the live map, and Provow's city and category pages are all still open to you. A non-reply costs you nothing.
Can I still browse professionals manually?
Yes — the concierge is optional, and nothing about it replaces browsing on your own. You can explore professionals through Provow's map, lists, and city and category pages whenever you want, and you can use both approaches on the same event: let the concierge organize a first round of outreach while you browse manually for anything it missed.
Is AI Concierge only for weddings?
No. The concierge works from whatever you post, so it supports any event type on Provow — weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, anniversaries, corporate events, and private celebrations. If you can post it, the concierge can help organize the first step of outreach for it.
Why would I use AI Concierge instead of just searching on my own?
Searching on your own means building the list yourself: finding professionals, checking who serves your area, writing the same introduction over and over, and keeping track of who replied. The concierge does that first pass for you — it finds relevant local professionals, organizes them in one place, and drafts the first message to each, so your time goes into reviewing and deciding instead of legwork.
