Posting an event on Provow is free. There is no posting fee and no commission on anything you book. But a post only works if the right professionals actually see it, and in a city where Provow is still young, that can take longer than it should.
The Concierge Promise is our answer to that. If your post sits for seven days without a single pro reaching out, we do not leave you waiting. Our concierge starts searching for you by hand — reading your post, looking through local professionals in your category and area, and inviting the ones whose work fits what you described. That search costs you nothing.
This is the human side of Provow Concierge — the AI assistant drafts outreach when you ask it to; the Concierge Promise is a person doing the searching for you.
How it works
Post your event. Tell us the date, the city, the services you need, and anything that matters to you. It takes a couple of minutes and it stays free.
Wait seven days. During that window your post is on the map. Local pros browsing their area can open it and send you a proposal, and you will get an email the moment one arrives.
We search by hand. If day seven arrives with no proposals, your post lands on our concierge desk. A person — not a queue — goes looking for professionals who match your category, your area, and your date.
Pros come to you. Anyone we find who is interested reaches out to you on Provow, the same way any other proposal arrives. You compare, you ask questions, you choose. You are never obliged to reply to anyone.
Plain terms
The Concierge Promise applies to real event posts in U.S. cities — a genuine date, a genuine location, and enough detail for a professional to answer.
What we promise is our own action: that we will search on your behalf, at no cost, when a week has gone by with nothing. We cannot promise that any particular professional will reply, be available on your date, or fit your budget — those decisions belong to them, not to us. Provow is where the two of you meet; the choice on both sides stays yours.
