What it is
Posting an event on Provow is free. There is no posting fee and no commission on anything you book. But a post only works if the right professionals actually see it, and in a city where Provow is still young, that can take longer than it should.
The Concierge Promise is our answer to that. For eligible posts, outreach can begin after you post. If the first round is quiet, a person searches by hand for professionals whose work fits what you described. Replies and bookings are not guaranteed, and that search costs you nothing.
This is the human side of Provow Concierge — the AI assistant drafts outreach when you ask it to; the Concierge Promise is a person doing the searching for you.
How it works
Post your event. Tell us the date, the city, the services you need, and anything that matters to you. It takes a couple of minutes and it stays free.
Eligible posts can enter outreach in waves, subject to availability. Your post is also on the map, so pros browsing their area can open it themselves. You get an email when a proposal arrives.
If the first rounds bring nothing, an eligible post can reach our concierge desk. A person can look for professionals who match your category, area, and date. A response is not guaranteed.
Pros come to you. Anyone we find who is interested reaches out to you on Provow, the same way any other proposal arrives. You compare, you ask questions, you choose. You are never obliged to reply to anyone.
Plain terms
The Concierge Promise applies to real event posts in U.S. cities — a genuine date, a genuine location, and enough detail for a professional to answer.
What we promise is our own action: that we will reach out on your behalf, at no cost, starting when you post — and if those rounds bring nothing, that a person will search by hand. We cannot promise that any particular professional will reply, be available on your date, or fit your budget — those decisions belong to them, not to us. Provow is where the two of you meet; the choice on both sides stays yours.
Nothing about the promise changes what you pay. Posting is free for hosts — no fees, no commission — and the concierge search is free too.
