Can we hold events on park property?
Some properties host weddings under their own programs with their own rules, pricing and staff, and those are a different kind of booking from an independent venue. If that is what you want, ask early what is fixed and what is negotiable. If it is not, be careful not to design a day that depends on other people''s ticketed schedules.
How early do we need transport arranged?
Before the invitations, because what you tell guests is hard to change later. The shuttle plan depends on the venue''s end time and the distance between hotel and venue, and coaches for a Saturday in season get booked well ahead. Fix the end time first, then work the transport backwards from it.
